How long is long enough or how long is a ‘fair’ amount of time to invest in your future, your career success or other major pursuits before you can expect to be successful?
When you affirm that you are fulfilled rather than focusing on what you lack, you are asserting that contentment is a natural state of being. The unique and creative power of the universe is infinite. For many people this is a difficult concept, if not lunacy.
You might believe that what is preventing you from accomplishing your desires is a combination of issues – time, skills, finances, etc. Iron clad and plausible excuses are in plentiful supply – The ‘If only…’ or ‘What if…’ syndromes come into play. Yet, you need to break through the road blocks piece by piece, and it all starts with a thought and willingness to do so.
There is nothing you cannot overcome with time, persistence, focused attention, thought, trust and faith. Whatever the issue or situation, there is a solution. When you look within, even the most difficult dilemma can be solved.
There are many ways the syndrome of being stuck in life is expressed. “My life seems in a rut, if I knew what to do I would do it.” “I am not sure what I want.” “I have done everything I can think of and nothing worked–same old, same old.” “How can I move past the ‘overwhelm’ and create what I want?”
These laments, regardless of the format, are unconscious limiting beliefs being expressed without connecting the dots of cause and effect. These laments are unnecessary, once you know how easy it is to make the right shift. Decide what you want (goal); take a risk and put your ideas into action. Put another way, launching your life is like driving a car. If you are stopped in a traffic lane watching the cars whiz by in the next lane you might think it is intimidating.
